YOUR COMMUNITY

My family and I share a special bond to Cherokee Village.  Before there was ever an established community, my father remembers arriving here by dirt road as a young boy on his way to camp.  In the early 1970’s my parents settled in Cherokee Village and raised – and continue to raise – their family here.  This is home.

For decades, families have sought out the rustic beauty and simple, small town values found here.  This is truly a place of retreat, rest and renewal.

It is our privilege to carry on what John Cooper, the legendary community developer, started here 60 years ago.

I invite you to journey through our community in these pages and discover for yourself what my family and so many others love about Cherokee Village.
